2If we place orders, how do you ship goods usually?
- A:For small quantity, usually to ship by express courier. For large quantity, to ship by SEA, by AIR.

3What certificate do you have for products?
- A:Our products are tested by authority Lab. And obtained IEC CB,SEMKO,CE,CCC,KEMA,SAA approvals.

4Products warranty?
- A:2 years from production date.

5Terms of delivery?
- A:Usually we ship by Ex-works, FOB,CNF,CIF also available as per clients requirements.

6When do we expect to receive price?
- A:We work from Monday to Friday. For regular enquiry you’ll receive price in 24 hours.

7Do you do design and development new products?
- A:Yes clients buy our regular range. Or clients have new products to develop, can send us samples/drawings/Purchasing quantity plan/technical terms/certificate/other requirements, so that we work out solution and quote.

9Can you take special country certificates and requirements?
- A:Yes for some critical requirements certificate such as VDE. We need to learn clients quality terms and purchasing quantities to decide the project. Only by all essential terms agreed by both parties to start the project.
