Overview
The IN series combines the two major features of European-style terminals and screw crimping terminals, standardized guide rail installation design, the product has the advantages of flexible assembly, firm crimping, clear identification, fast heat dissipation, etc.; the wiring cross-section is 1.5-200mm2, and the current size is 15-300A; The protective cover adopts a hollow design, which can be operated by tools without removing it. It has the advantages of convenient operation, low cost and high efficiency in the existing wiring technology.
Product features and advantages
Protective cover: 1. Hollow-out design improves work efficiency; 2. The protective cover is easy to disassemble, easy to operate, and improves work efficiency; 3. New transparent PC (high temperature resistance 100℃, flame retardant 94-V2, folding resistance);
Terminal plastic: New transparent PC with special color masterbatch, high temperature resistance up to 120 ℃, flame retardant standard up to 94-V0, glossy, high strength, folding resistance.
Conductor: Use standard H62 copper, nickel-plated on the surface, anti-oxidation. Made by precision high-speed punching machine, the size is accurate and the incision is flat, and there are no defective products.
Screws: Using national standard parts, trivalent multi-colored zinc electroplating, salt spray resistance up to 48h, stable quality, can effectively eliminate the problems of slippage, poor conductivity, and heat and burnout.
Creepage distance: Special design, added to the creepage distance, in line with IEC electrical performance indicators
Pollution level: ‖ level Insulation resistance: 2K megohm
Appearance: Terminal installation is convenient and simple, with a high-end appearance
Certification: This series of terminals has passed CQC voluntary certification, ROHS, CE, 9000 quality certification and other standard certifications
